CyraCom Wins TripleTree iAward for Connected Health
CyraCom was declared winner of the TripleTree iAward for the category of Operational Effectiveness at this year’s Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance Convergence Summit in San Diego.
CyraCom nominated its innovative Video Remote Interpretation solution for the iAward. CyraCom’s Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) is a service that enables effective healthcare for Limited English Proficient patients. CyraCom’s revolutionary VRI system allows healthcare clients to access highly-trained interpreters through a video connection within seconds; all clients need is a computer or tablet with video capabilities. The VRI service creates a visual solution for patients who communicate through American Sign Language and the service also includes 18 spoken languages, including Burmese, Mandarin, French, Somali and Spanish.
