CyraCom International Named to Inc. 5000 List for Fifth Consecutive Year
Inc. 5000 named CyraCom International, Inc. to their list of fastest-growing private companies in the United States for the fifth year in a row and the seventh time overall.
CyraCom International, Inc. is the largest provider of Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) operating solely in the US and one of the largest language services providers in North America. OPI is a three-way call between CyraCom’s interpreter, an English-speaking representative of CyraCom’s client, and a non-English speaking customer. CyraCom supports over 200 languages and employs over 1,000 people, the majority of whom are interpreters working in its US contact centers.
CyraCom International, Inc. posted a total revenue percent growth of 92% from 2009 to 2012, where revenues grew from $25.4 million to $48.7 million. During the same period, CyraCom created 424 new jobs in the United States and has created many more since.
